We are farmer distillers, a tradition going all the way back to the whiskey rebellion, when the government levied a tax on spirits to pay bills from the revolution.

Today not much has changed. We’re still a little rebellious, but make whiskey aged in our tobacco barns and moonshine you can taste right off the still.
